HQT-9130A Hydraulic Guide Rail Oil Additive Package
HQT-9130A is formulated with various additives such as high-quality lubricant antioxidants and extreme pressure anti wear additives. The guide rail oil formulated with HQT-9130A has good antioxidation, anticorrosion, antirust and antiwear performances. The product can be used to blend guide rail oils with different viscosities.The recommended dosage is 2.5%~3.5%
Use Instructions: HQT9130A guide rail oil additive package can be formulated with Class I or II base oils. When blending, it is necessary to add 5% to 10% of diesters (such as HQT6023 diesters) or 10% to 20% of polyalkylbenzene synthetic oils (PAB5, PAB6). When blending with Class II base oils, more dosages should be added appropriately, and the solubility should be observed before use.

The packing, labeling, transportation, storage, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164.
Note:
HQT-9130A is multifunctional additive package, when blending oils, antifoaming additive should be added. When stored, loaded and unloaded, and blended, the highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. The maximum temperature should not exceed 45 ºC for long term storage, and do not allow water to enter. This product is not flammable or explosive, and general precautions for handling chemicals should be followed during use. If contacting with skin, please wash thoroughly with detergent, soap, and water.
