Description
The diesel engine oils blended with different dosages of HQT-9910 can meet the requirements of API CF,CD, and CC quality grades. Diesel engine oils of CF,CD or CC grade can meet the use requirements of High-enhanced coefficient, high horsepower and heavy-duty diesel engine oils.

T/T in advance, L/C is acceptable.
And our regular payment term is that T/T 30% as the deposit, and 70% against the photos for the accomplishment of the productions and packages before the delivery.
